The estate

Tribute

Gold stays in the estate — it buys buildings, nothing else. Once a day the estate sends tribute to the hub, and the hub pays DP for it. The larger the estate, the larger the tribute — up to 20 DP a day.

Gold never leaves this estate — only DP travels between games, and only through the daily tribute. DP is an in-hub utility point, never redeemable for cash. The Lord's cut is paid to whoever holds that nation's NFT.
